Description:
Perform installation, repair and troubleshooting of the production unit mechanical equipment and supporting infrastructure.
Fabricate, install and repair piping systems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance functions as required.
Perform maintenance activities on PSRM designated processes and equipment.
Perform duties in a safe and reliable manner. Participate in, and contribute to the production unit safety culture.
Create work orders, order stock parts, etc. utilizing the maintenance SAP system.
SPECIFIC HSEQ SYSTEMS ROLE:
Ensures that Safety, OSHA, USEPA, SCDHEC and other regulatory requirements are met or exceeded in functional areas. Participates in Safety Audits, Process Safety Management, ISO 9001, RC 14001 and Site Safety Process activities to ensure requirements are met or exceeded. Adheres with HSEQ policies and procedures in functional area. Provides input as needed to the ISO 9100 and RC 14001 Management Review Teams.
Requirements:
The incumbent must have a degree in Industrial Technology or at least five years experience as a maintenance technician in a multi-disciplined industrial environment. Registration as a Certified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (ISA) will be required.
Must be physically capable of lifting, pushing and pulling, and climbing.
