Expert knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system and supporting a complex design and infrastructure
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non technical staff
Experience with desktop, laptop, mobile devices and some networking equipment
Experienced with software distribution, auditing utilizing automated tools
Experience with Microsoft Messaging and collaboration tools.
Knowledge and skills supporting Active Directory and Windows Domain Controllers.
