S merchant services company, specializing in a wide variety of payment products - including credit card processing (traditional and cash discount), gift cards, e-commerce, mobile payments, point-of-sale systems and ACH/Check processing.
Signapay Southeast has been in existence in the payment processing industry for over 18 years and is located in Goose Creek, SC.
With the increased business relationships, we have built, we have an urgent need and are excited and ready to fill our Call Center room with a team of Positive and Eager individuals.
We are searching for Well Qualified Call Center Reps, Preferably with Previous Experience in a call center environment who must have a Professional and Polite Phone etiquette voice, to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding customer service to our business customers by scheduling appointments with other business professionals through our automated phone system.
The call center representatives should be able to handle a high volume of outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
To be a successful call center representative, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, Professional and efficient.
You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
We are willing to train you on our products and services, you are not required to have prior knowledge of our services.
As long as you have had a background of customer service, experience, or sales experience, you will be a great fit! Immediate start date available upon being selected for our team! Work hours are:
Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm with an hour lunch break and 2 paid 15 min breaks.
Responsibilities:
Making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, with our products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Scheduling appointments with business owners for outside sales representatives to meet.
Qualifications:
Preferred previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields Active listening skills Professional phone voice Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations Strong time management and decision making skills Must be willing to demonstrate a Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptability and accountability Sales is a plus but not required.
Ability to overcome objections and handle upset customers with ease.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
